Susan Hunt comes to LPCE with over twenty years of administrative experience at Harvard, mostly focused on fellowship programs, event management and communications for small research centers. She feels privileged to have been on the sidelines of disciplines from American history to the more specialized fields of Islamic law, and tropical forest science. Her personal interests are similarly wide ranging: she began college as an entomology major but her B.A. is in English literature. Singing has always been part of her life; after college she studied voice for many years, and performed as a soloist and in choral groups in the Boston area. She is passionate about the performing arts, especially opera, with a strong interest in the arts generally. Before the pandemic she was a hospice volunteer, and recently began learning to ice skate.
